United Gears has installed unique selection of CNC turning centers, Vertical Machining Centers in various sizes for machining of precision components. Equipped with CAD/CAM and live tooling facility, we can machine any profiles, which are not possible on standard machines.

All Chamfers, Radius and critical circlip grooves and other functional grooves are checked on Coordinate Measuring Machine, Contour Measuring Machine.
